Sometimes I like to read. Lately I have been reading quite a bit. A group of friends in Regina started up the Punk Rock Library, where a few guys carry big totes around to concerts and lend out books to better inform those who go to shows. A few weeks ago I picked up Atheist Universe written by David Mills. Yeah, that’s the guy. Looks like Weird Al. Nice moustache. It is a super interesting book of why this guy thinks Christianity is bunk. He ‘Makes the Case against Intelligent Design’ and talks about how Christianity and Science cannot go together, not even a little bit. I read The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel, and I think it would be rather unfair, uninformed and ignorant of me to only read only one side of the argument, so I picked this one up. I haven’t read a book that has made me think this much in a while. It feels nice. The last chapter I read is making me question what I’ve been taught about the concept of Hell. So, if you want to have a good talk about this kinda shizzit, just let me know. I’m not a master debater or anything, but I’m down for a good conversation.
Pick up the book. Get smarter.
I also bought a five-hundred page book today, first time ever. I’ll tell you about that one later.
